Cansell is a marketplace to trade (Buy and Sell) un-used gift cards and vouchers which the user (a registered platform user) does not wish to use and puts it up for sale. Buyer (a registered platform user or a guest - provides basic details and does not have a login on the platform) who is wanting to buy a gift card voucher for either gifting or his shopping can make a purchase of the same on the platform. Important Note: If any posting of a gift card or voucher is to be made available for sale on our platform, there must be a discount passed to the buyer. Else Cansell reserves all rights to remove the posting from the platform
Cansell is a marketplace to trade (Buy and Sell) unused gift cards and vouchers. Buyers can purchase gift cards or vouchers for gifting or shopping purposes.
Gift cards are like credit cards with a pre-set limit and can be used at the respective brands retail outlet or website/ app. There are no terms of usage from brands unless specified otherwise.
Vouchers are backed by terms of usage from the respective brands. All voucher buyers must go through the terms of usage from the brands. As a platform user, a buyer has all the right to demand information about the terms of usage if no or less adequate information is provided. This helps the buyer`s purchase decision.
Cansell collects the following information at time of registration for all platform users (Both Buyers and Sellers)

Note: Cansell does not store any payment method information on the site, any information pertaining to payment methods happens on our payment gateways only.
All registered users on our platform shall be responsible for all the activities done under the named "User Account". Information provided like user id`s, passwords, wallet access etc., shall be your responsibility and should be maintained with confidentiality. Any breach of this information or loss of this information and therefore the activities, Cansell shall not take any responsibility until the time it is informed to cansell to de-activate the account. All information related to the post is checked for accuracy and therefore all platform sellers are required to provide accurate information. Information such as terms of usage, specified usage if not mentioned, Cansell shall not take responsibility to rectify this information Once the voucher codes, gift card codes are provided to Cansell, it becomes the Sellers responsibility to fulfill and make it available till the time it is shared with Buyer and Buyer uses the code. Any time if the Seller wishes to use the code(s), he/she shall withdraw the post from Cansell. When a Buyer is trying to use the code and as promised in the post, if the gift card or voucher does not have the required balance or terms of usage specified is improper, it shall be considered as serious information violation and the account of these Sellers shall be suspended. Technology Policy cansell.in operates a desktop and mobile site. All information related to cansell.in like designs, colors, logo`s, content shall belong to cansell and no one else will have the right to copy, reproduce in part or in full. Use of automation like spiders, robots, crawlers to capture and use the data available on cansell.in for further processing, unless permitted by cansell.in. Attempts to copy user information, create external links, creating un-authorized access, carry out fraudulent financial activity or damage our platform. Any such violation or attempt to violate will be considered serious and necessary legal action shall be taken against them.
Platform is community and users are responsible to provide most accurate and diligent content to other community members. Any content that is abusive, sexual in nature, harmful, dangerous, violent, in-appropriate graphic content, harmful to minors, race, religion, gender, Spam, misleading, copyright, threats and harassment is considered as serious violation. cansell cannot control and would not take the responsibility if any such content is found under such "User Accounts”. All such users who post inaccurate or violating content shall be terminated and blacklisted from our platform. Content on any other third-party platforms such as other websites, blogs, video blogs, etc., which violates our content policies shall also be a considered as an offense and would be followed by a legal action against the source of such information
We at cansell strive hard to keep up the site always on and updated. Despite our best efforts, due to increase in site visits, hardware and software limitation and internet connectivity issues, cansell does not guarantee an un-interrupted service as there are a lot of parameters which decide the uptime of our service to you. The site is checked from time to time to make it`s error free, however this is not 100% error free as the errors can be due to various reasons. It is always recommended that users take care of personal security of the devices they use to access our site. cansell.in does not take any responsibility of any damage caused whatsoever during the platform browsing time.
A registered platform user shall be allowed to post on cansell.in. Here are some of the rules that needs to be strictly followed to post on our platform. By posting on our platform also means you hereby agree to these rules as mentioned below:
Buying on cansell is simple and easy. You can either be a registered user or guest buying on cansell. Either ways you shall share your details like phone, e-mail and Name for processing the payments. Here are some of the things to remember before buying on cansell
Please note: Codes shared by the sellers will undergo our standard testing before delivery, if the code does not match our testing criteria, Buyers shall get the money refunded
Any person who uses our platform to buy the desired gift card or a voucher is considered as a Buyer and his interest in the gift card or voucher or coupon is protected with our Buyer protection policy. Money once paid on our platform is not immediately transferred to our sellers. However, buyers have 48 Hrs. at their disposal to verify and use the code. If there is a problem with the code, buyer shall raise a dispute. Based on the usage report from the brand, the team at cansell shall resolve that. If it is resolved for the Buyer, 100% money shall be refunded and for sellers who are seen as doing fraud, account with cansell.in shall be terminated permanently.
Once the sale happens, the code shall be shared with the buyer. Buyer has 48 Hrs. to raise a dispute in case if anything is wrong with the code shared with him. If there are no disputes, Seller shall receive the payments into the preferred payout method selected by the seller within following 72 Business Hrs. All payouts shall be with standard deduction of 5% of the sale value as a part of the platform charges. Note: By posting on cansell, you agree to pay the commission of 5% post the sale happens. However, this fee is not charged for listing on cansell.
Cansell is a consumer to consumer platform, collects and enables payment between Buyer and a Seller. Refunds are always made to the buyer and shall be sent to source account through which the payment was made:
Note: Refunds to the source can take between 2-7 business days. Cansell generates a refund request, however bank and payment gateways might take time to process the refunds
Disputes can be raised by the Buyers on the purchases made by them. Disputes are valid only if the buyer raises within 48 Hrs. of code delivery from cansell.in. Some reasons which shall be accepted for the dispute system to be open at cansell.in

Note: in either case, once the dispute is raised, both the sellers and buyers are required to produce all the documents cansell requests for further investigation
Goods once sold on cansell does not have a cancellation of the order. If the buyer changes his/ her mind post the purchase the whole money of the order shall be forfeited. Buyers shall be aware of this fact and only then make the purchase on cansell.
Users are provided access to Cansell platform through a User ID and Password to Post / Request Gift Cards/vouchers. Cansell has rights to modify/ delete the post if
In any of the cases above, Cansell has the right to delete the post and terminate/ suspend the user account
Cansell does not provide shipping services of any goods on the platform. Since the platform deals with e-vouchers and e-gift cards which are in digital formats, these can be e-mailed/ whatsapp/ SMS
